First, we make sure nobody is afraid to stay home if they feel ill. We guarantee they don’t lose any pay even if they don’t have any sick time remaining, they will get paid. We require that all delivery staff check their temperature each morning before leaving home. Delivery employees are not to report to work if they are experiencing any symptoms that may be related to COVID-19 as stated by the Centers of Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines.
The procedures above are verified by local management staff daily, and weekly, and monthly by a QML staff member.
